Founding Vision

The Architect of Our Mission

Capital Business Connections was founded by Sami Jamil Jadallah, a citizen and resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia, with the vision of creating a professional foundation that bridges Arab American and American business communities.

Incorporated on December 10, 2025, the organization was established to serve as a national and business forum promoting cultural exchange, professional development, and economic partnership across diverse communities.

As the initial registered agent and founding board member, Mr. Jadallah has set the foundation for an organization that welcomes business leaders, professionals, and community members from across all sectors — from healthcare and academia to banking, diplomacy, and government service.
